The Fig Tree Parable
Jesus says, “Now learn this parable from the fig tree: When its branch has already become tender and puts forth leaves, you know that summer is near. So you also, when you see these things happening, know that it is near—at the doors!” (Mark 13:28-29)

Instead, Jesus’ message is about living in a state of readiness. We should always be prepared for Christ’s return, living in a way that honours Him and reflects His love to others.

Remember, Jesus’ words are not meant to scare us but to encourage us to live lives that are focused on Him and His kingdom. As we trust in Him and follow His leading, we can face the future with courage and peace, knowing that He is in control and His purposes will prevail.
